Dan Wiseman is super responsive and gets the job done! He helped me find a place on really short notice in the super-competitive Seattle market, within walking distance of my new job :D I love my new neighborhood!!!

When we wrote offers, he helped us price out the properties by comparing to the neighborhood sales, and negotiated aggressively on every one. In fact, he even got us a discount on the house we ended up buying!
Worked with us in finding mom a good condo within her budget. Submitted an offer crafted to meet her specific needs and worked with the seller to negotiate some of the finer points. Great communication and always available to answer questions and explain the process. Daniel did a really great job.
Dan helped us buy a home in a super-competitive market, up against multiple offers time and again. Not only did we win on a perfect home, but we even got a $25,000 price discount, and the construction side of his company is going to help us complete a full remodel for the interior!
