Terrible experience, after paying thousands of dollars, Dr Skinner couldn't be on time for surgery. Show no concern about my time. Office staff was no help, they could care less. If you want to feel like being cattle herded thru a gate, Dr Skinner office is the place
The quote giving was confusing and not provided in a way for those outside the industry to understand. Pricing changed after confirmation was giving on the phone. Total doesn't equal total to this office. When dealing with elderly patients the extra mile should be taken to truly take care of those who need extra help. If quotes are unclear to non elderly this is an issue.
Dr. Skinner has saved me TWICE when I had serious problems including abscesses. The 1st time- he met me at the office on a Saturday night to accommodate my emergency. Unbelievable really!! My procedure went off without any complications. I just returned for the 2nd time with another emergency. I literally waited 5 minutes and I was a WORK IN with no appointment!! So impressed. 2nd extraction today - simple, professional and again- impressed. Highly recommend. Excellent staff! Convenient parking
Dr. Skinner is one of the finest and most skilled oral surgeons in Spokane. Professional and willing to work with you to get the dental implants you need. Everyone in his clinic, from office staff to dental clinicians are sincere in making you feel comfortable during all procedures.
Prompt attention to the problem (workedon me that lunch hour) Excellent follow up. Explained procedure for removing problem and sent to an excellent place for crown.on implant.
Great Doctor! Was happy to have found this place. Very patient centered and comfortable atmosphere. The Doctor is competent in complex cases and puts you at ease. I needed to have my implant removed as it was causing pain. Dr Skinner ordered the proper tools and was able to remove it. He is very astute and checked my other teeth to be sure my pain wasn't from another tooth. I would recommend him to my family and friends.
