I was impressed with Dan's sense of confidence in my case, he was able to talk me through my concerns and I still a sense of understanding in my case that helped to waylay my fears. Dan, Terrell and the staff have been very helpful over the years. Recently we needed to update our family trust and related documents, and Terrell gave us some clear advice about why we should go with certain provisions. In a couple of spots, he really helped guide us to a different solution that we would have probably gone on our own with a 'do it yourself' approach. Well worth the money to get professional help and understand the long term impacts of the little details.

I’ve worked with Mr. McKay for a couple of years over a child custody matter, which had greater difficulty where I was residing outside of the state where the court hearings were held.
