I would recommend Daniel W. McKay for any legal matters. Him and his staff were professional and quick to respond to our needs. He was truly interested in our best interest instead of reaching a quick and easy settlement.
Dan represented me in a petition to modify my divorce decree. He was amazing!! Guys usually get screwed in Utah but he was forthcoming on what I could realistically expect as far as things the courts will consider, and was able to negotiate everything I asked for. I highly recommend him and his practice.
