I have been coming here once every two weeks for more then 4 months and this is the worse clinic I have been through in my life. Skin and Cancer Institute Turlock location Medical Board Complaint Submitted - I am deeply disturbed by the conditions my two-year-old was exposed to during our visit to this facility. Upon being brought into a patient room, we immediately noticed that it had not been cleaned following the previous procedure.
