I was very happy with the service and the selection of frames. The doctor was professional, kind and attentive. They did everything possible to get my glasses ready in less than a week, because I had to leave the country. Very thankful for that!
I have been a patient of Dr Whang since he opened. Love the office staff and him. NEVER had a problem.
While Dr. Whang is a fair optometrist, this will be the last time I order a pair of glasses from this office. It takes way too long to receive the glasses and there are better prices at other places. When calling to inquire, I am told that "the doctor does not speak to patients." It was explained on the phone that the doctor does not have anything to do with the gasses. Well, it is his business and it is him that I pay my bill to so he better start caring. He has just lost two patients.
I love it! Have been a patient for 10 yrs. Excellent customer service!
