The staff here is horrible. They rarely answer the phones, there is no voicemail set up to leave a message, and they don't respond to messages in a timely manner. The only way to get medication refills is via MyChart, which is a disadvantage to elderly patients who are not tech-savvy. My father has been waiting over a week for the office to complete a refill request for a life-sustaining prescription. Completely unacceptable from a medical professional.
