We transferred care from out of state for multiple children, filled out paperwork for each child and requested medical records and vax info to be faxed over. Previous pediatrician provided proof of fax confirmation that records were sent over timely. Over three months later, we were denied a sick appointment because they did not have our records. You know you found the right doctor when you leave feeling you have the right information and resources to help your child. We have been battling mental health issues with my son and it took a toll on us to find support and direction for him. Dr. Saade is compassionate and listens to what we need and provides the right referrals, resources, and information to help. The best Doctor my kids have had.
