outdated equipment, outdated techniques. there are better dentists in the area for the money.. dr kind of strange
In my opinion Dr. Williams is an excellent dentist. All my life I have had a hugh fear of going to the dentist until I decided to go to Dr. Williams for sedative dentistry & he is excellent. His staff is also great, I actually enjoy going now.
He is very honest! I appreciate all of the help and advice that he has given to me my family over the years!
Actual dentist is decent. Hygenists are ok, only one (that I have had) is really good...can not comment on the others. The office staff has much to be desired though. Missed 1 appt due to son's illness and another (my son and myself) due to a move, never got the 6 month reminder and the little appt card was boxed up. I can show the date I moved and it coincides with the appt. Now, I have to call...like some delinquent (which I never was and paid my 'no show' fee too) if I want an appt. NO THANKS! The best dentist I have ever had and I have traveled all over the country. He and his staff always go the extra mile to make you comfortable and explain everything that is to be done - even a simple cleaning and x-rays are explained in a way to put you at ease.
