FYI: Today, I went to my dentist. Super fun! I have no cavities or a need for a root canal and I have never had a root canal. Knock, knock. That being said and verified, after 5+ years, on Monday, May 16, 2011, I visited dentist Paul S. Weyman, 3601 South Clarkson, St., Suite #310, Englewood, CO. He said I needed a root canal. Dr Pfeiffer, was rude he did a bridge for me and a partial. Well I had to have the whole bridge redone because he did not get the margins correct I had a huge gap between my gum and tenth. He also did fillings and left the decay under those teeth. The partial he made did not fit and when I called about it he told me that he already did enough work on it and to find a new dentist. My dentist found some rotten teeth in my mouth. Sigh. He sent me over to see a periodontist, Dr Daniel Harper, so that we could all figure out the best way to proceed with treatment. We decided on a bridge which would attach to implants underneath. Dr Harper pulled the bad teeth and put in two implants. His staff and Dr Harper worked together to make the experience comfortable and as pain free as possible. It really wasn't that bad at all. I have seen only a few reviews on this site...Dr. Harper is very good and so is his staff. reviews on sites like this are not accurate. The best referrals is from friends and the Doctors who refer
dr. Harper is good but the attitude throughout his office is condescending and so obviously dollar driven that it's a complete turnoff. he mentioned to me early on that he didn't know why people even carry dental insurance because it pays next to nothing. he also made some comments about my primary dentist that I took personally and I thought he was out of line. his assistant is professional and nice.
Their priority is profit and treats patients disrespectfully. Their staff is condescending once you have paid and with terrible customer service. After my terrible experience, I found out others had the same problem. My dentist and orthodontists will not be referring any more patients to them in the future. I would not recommend this place.
Most of my problem was with how the office was run, and how I was treated by his staff.
I have been seeing Dr Finlay for 20 years. I would never switch dentists. The staff and Drs. are so warm and professional. I have never experienced such great service anywhere. This office always exceeds my expectations with both the work and the care they provide. If you're not being blown away by your dental office, you should give Dr. Finlay's office a try. You won't regret it.
