The staff sets the tone by being welcoming and on point. Kristine is always engaged and focused as she listens to the reasons for my visit. Everything is handled professionally and friendly.
Addressed current medical issues effectively. Great results.
Dr. Hirose was actually there for every appointment, so I could ask questions as needed and receive answers. He is friendly and definitely knowledgeable !!! He is saving me from the last three years of almost constant pain when another surgeon supposedly 'fixed' the three broken bones in my right ankle. My surgery to remove the metal straps and screws will take place in two weeks. Hurray for Dr. Hirose !!!
Really like Dr. Buxton. Takes his time to answer all of your questions. Very easy to talk to.
Dr. Ball has great qualities: Listening, lots of patience, excellent communicator. I feel very confident and comfortable in her care for my health needs. I enjoy Dr. Ball as my health provider who is very warm, kind and a friendly person.
I recommend Jeremey to all my friends. He is well informed and listens to my concerns and helps me find answers to my questions. I respect his opinions and his expertise.
I came in for a FOLLOW UP and I have been in numerous times for same issue and my regular doctor was fully booked so I would have to book with a different doctor. Which is understandable BUT SHE NEVER LOOKED INTO MY FILE AND HAD NO CLUE WHY I WAS EVEN THERE. I had to explain Everything from the beginning. I just had an ultrasound done and she had no clue. I asked if my previous doctor history would help her cause I’ve had a lot medically in my chart that would help explain stuff but she had no interest in that. And was RUDE.... read more
