There is a high level of professionalism but that doesn’t get in the way of putting people first. I feel so blessed to have this facility in our area and the staff along with me on this journey.
They overbooked their surgery at Washington Regional. I was scheduled for a colonoscopy and was NEVER SEEN. I left at 5:30pm. People were waiting at that time who were scheduled at 7:00am. Unreasonable and Very discourteous. I should have been told Immediately that there was such a problem. I missed an Entire Day of work. Go elsewhere. Find another doctor.
