Im sure the doctror is pretty good but his receptionist today 6/27/25 8:26 am was belittling, impatient, patronizing. I called to gind out info to get scheduled for a fine needle biopsy and was treated like some bum off the street asking for beer money...I wouldn't schedule there even if my insurance covers it.
Dr. Alam is incredibly highly trained and kind and caring. One of the best docs I've ever had the honor to be the patient of in my entire life.
Miserable fail . Dr Alan’s reconstruction surgery following skin cancer removal surgery painfully rotted off over the summer. Through several follow up visits Alam and staff never let on that the skin and cartilage grafts were not healing properly, but led me to believe that it was normal for the wound to stink and exude puss. On my last visit they tried to coerce me to say that I was happy with the results, putting the words in my mouth, and then stating that on their final report. My experience with Dr Alam has been excellent. He has been very good at keeping me in the loop. He also saved my life from a form of cancer on my face. I am doing very well with healing and no reoccurrence of cancer.I'm about halfway through my surgeries, and am so grateful for him and his team.
