Dr. Reid was exceptional. He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, using the best metaphors and real-life examples to make complex medical information clear. He was very thorough in ordering my MRI, and after the results came back, he took the time to sit down with me and go over the images personally. Dr. Reid and his staff are both professional and congenial. After two separate surgeries in the last 4 months, my pre and post operative experiences have been most satisfying. Recovery has been going well and I'm looking forward to continued progress.
