My doctor recommended him as she has had patients that have really benefitted from Dr. Van Engel. She wanted me to see him to basically rule out if my symptoms were neurological based. Dr. Van Engel checked me over and reviewed all of my previous tests/medical history (there's a lot!). He said that he doesn't think my symptoms are neuropathy /neurological based and does not think he can help. And I super appreciate that honesty! Yes, I would recommend Dr. Van Engle. He is thorough and complete at appointments and now tele-health appt's as well. He is personable and listens. His recommendations and advice always help me with my on-going conditions. He never rushes his appointment with me and his diagnosis and treatments are conducive and helpful.
