They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their Receptionist/insurance person rude and impersonal. Dr. Edward is very friendly and attentive to my needs as is Nancy my hygienst. Although the office is located across town, I go there because of Dr. Edward and Nancy. However, That insurance/receptionist has prevented me from returning on a regular basis due to her attitude.She is so mean and abrupt...I don't understand why they retain her as a front office person representing their whole office!
