My daughter had an unfortunate experience with Dr. Roggensack.She was informed yesterday by him (and I quote) that her teeth had always been bad, that she was at fault, that she had no one to blame but herself and that she had damage caused by energy drinks(which she does not drink). It was a hoffifying experience for her.I would not recommend Dr roggensack to anyone.
1st cavity filling I had with Dr. Roggensack, he cut my lip during the procedure. Months later, I found out that the procedure killed the nerve of the tooth he worked on. The procedure was not explained to me, he barely talked to me during the operation (even referring to me in the 3rd person to his assistant speculating on what I might want instead of asking me). Dr. Roggensack is great. He was patient with my innumerable questions and was very transparent regarding how much my treatment would cost. His dental assistant was great too :)
Dr. Abell is by far the best dentist I have ever had. I hopped around to several different dentists in the Madison area until I became her patient. Other dentists I have seen lacked the kind approach and integrity that Dr. Abell possesses. I have recommended her to several people over the years, and they all enjoy having her as a dentist just as much as I do.
Dr. O'Brien does excellent fillings and crowns. He is extremely gentle when he gives anesthesia. We have been very happy with his work.
A very caring, competent dentist! Our whole family is thrilled with the dental care that we receive at Dr. Roggensack's practice. 5 stars!
Last week on a Friday, I had a persistent pain in my lower jaw and was worried if my teeth was the issue. Since I was scheduled to travel abroad the same Sunday, I thought it would be useful to get this checked up and requested for an appointment to see Dr Abell who is my regular dentist. She made time to see me that afternoon and it was nothing to do with the tooth. She prescribed some medications. I am back now and I was glad that she made time to see me and I feel great now. Listens well and explains in detail what needs to be done. Experienced staff. All very approachable and friendly.
