Dr. Switlick was more concerned about whether a diagnosis from 16 years ago was right than in addressing my current symptoms and issues. He was dismissive and short. Follow-up care was nonexistent. It took 9 days for him to respond to a message sent through the provider's website (preferred method of communication). I cancelled my next appointment and requested a referral for a different provider
Best experience ever. Extremely knowledgeable MD whom takes time to listen and provide best care for his patients.
Dr. Switlick put my hand back together after a close encounter with a whole house fan; multiple lacerated tendons, muscle fascia, etc. He scheduled me in a day, and immediately let me know that that he could fix it, and not to worry. He did his best to pull strings and get me scheduled for O.R. time, and repaired the damage in a timely fashion, as I had an uninsured trip to Europe the following week. My hand works, and consequently, I am able to as well.
Brought my busted knuckles back to life! He's the man!
Dr. Switlick operated on my left wrist way back in 2007 (When he was at Mercy San Juan) after I had a motorcycle accident. About 6 months later he performed the follow up surgery (he had just moved to Sutter Roseville) removing some of the extra hardware and doing a carpal tunnel procedure to improve the feeling in my fingers. I couldn't be happier with the results and never had a single complaint during the entire time. He was always careing, personable and took the time to listen. Dr. Switlick is one of the most caring and thorough medical professionals I have ever worked with. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs an orthopedic specialist.
