I was diagnosed with pericarditis after a hospital visit due to covid. My appointment was set for a video call for today at 1:45pm.... when I called to confirm the appointment yesterday, the receptionist said I could come in person, I told her I would have to break my route at work to head over there. I wasn't able to, so I called the day of, at the appointment time.
