Dr. Daniel Michalik is an excellent dermatologist and one of the best doctors I’ve seen. He takes the time to actually listen, explains things clearly, and never makes you feel rushed. You can tell he genuinely cares about getting to the root of the issue instead of just treating symptoms. Best dermatologist in Ilinios, it's number one
I experienced I’m very Very rude and poor customer service mannerism by the woman on the phone. They will not let patients pay cash / pay out of pocket.
I was stuck behind a train and called the office many times, but no one answered the front desk. The physician would not see me because I arrived 15 mins after my appointment time. I explained myself and he didn’t seem to care. The next available appointment was more than a month out. Dr. Michalik has no consideration or empathy for people. It took me 45 minutes to get there due to the train when it should have taken 20 minutes. If this is any indication how he practices medicine, I’m not sure I want to reschedule with him.
