I recently accompanied my grandmother to Akron General Hospital to visit my grandfather, who was under Dr. Chapa's care. I was deeply impressed by Dr. Chapa's professionalism and empathy. He asked thoughtful, relevant questions and patiently listened to my grandmother, a retired ER nurse, addressing both her pertinent and less relevant statements with respect.
