Daniel helped us through every step of the process. We had our eyes set on a certain house and he made sure we got it ! Very knowledgeable, prompt on responding, helped with inspections, negotiation & is even helping now that we officially bought the house. No question has gone unanswered! Cannot recommend him enough! Thank you again, Daniel!

Dan helped me through EVERY step of the process of buying a new house, guiding me through the search, the inspection, the negotiating, and the closing, always responsive to texts and calls, and always very friendly. He went above and beyond to make the process as stress-free as possible, and helped with innumerable extras. I am so grateful!

Daniel made buying a house the easiest thing ever. Seriously - it was almost TOO easy. When anything did come up, he was on top of it and got it handled quickly. As a first-time homebuyer, he answered every single question I had - you can tell he really knows his stuff! I really trust his knowledge and experience. If you’re looking for a realtor that puts absolutely no pressure on you to close the deal AND can make you laugh - look no further than Daniel! 1000% recommend.

Dan is great at what he does and a phenomenal person. He was extremely professional and kind throughout both the selling and buying process, allowing both processes to unfold as smoothly as possible while providing excellent guidance throughout. I will most certainly be recommending Dan to friends/family in the future.
