My husband and I both had our age 50 colonoscopies with Dr. Lee. (This was 4 years ago) Dr. Lee and his staff were great. They made the procedure as pleasant as possible. Hubby wanted to be awake, and they allowed that. I was knocked out. They forgot to numb hubby but did so pretty quickly! They said they weren’t used to the patient being awake! lol Dr. Lee was very clear with his findings and recommended follow up times. I can confidently recommend him for colonoscopies.

The two stars are for his willingness to take initiative to order tests and do an endoscopy. Dr Lee also called me back quickly and I believe he tried his best with me. However, he told me my esophagus was barely irritated. Out of all the surgeons I went to see after feeling like my high level of pain was related, 4 out of 6 told me I do have Barrett’s esophagus. I was also told by dr. Lee that if prilosec isn’t working it’s not heartburn. Well I had developed a tolorance to it and when I switched to aciphex my pain complete... read more
