Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of Was this provider's office clean? It was satisfactory Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Yes, it was convenient Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly

The front office staff (who are behind a closed glass window with instructions not to open) and very young nurses were not friendly and unsympathetic to my child's needs. I had to pay $5.00 (cash only) for a NY state required school form to be filled out. In addition, they were not accomodating in giving me a copy for my school in a timely fashion. Though Dr. Mayer is a good allergist, I will be immediately changing to another allergist who has accomodating rules and polite staff members

Mostly, I was still a little nervous Does this provider have helpful information available online? No, just a basic listings page Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they had everything you could possibly need!

I would never set foot in this office again! I was treated extremely poorly and shouted at by the head nurse after having waited for more than 40 minutes for an appointment booked three weeks earlier. The kicker was that I was only going to the window to let them know I was willing to come back another day as there were others in the waiting area (15 to be exact) that had been waiting 1 HOUR AND 30 MINUTES past their appointment time.
