Did your eye exam hurt at all? Not at all, the exam was so much better than others I've had Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this provider's office? Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep Did this provider give the impression that they cared about your concerns? Yes Does the provider's staff try to be helpful? Yes Did this optometrist provide you with an accurate prescription? Absolutely, I can finally see well again!

Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient. Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they had everything you could possibly need! Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? No, they were very calm and understanding

Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Yes Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in

Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? Yes, they always put customers first Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable
