This agent does not want to work with us. We sent him a straight forward offer. He said the buyer will wait until review date which suppose to be Friday December 5th. We told him ok we will send our revised best offer on the review date. We also told him since you have our offer to feel free and counter, even amend the expiration date. But to no avail, he ignored us and didnt went to work with us. He lost the house because of him. For some reasons he was extremely not collaborating with us and stopped answering our calls.
