I have seen Dr. Martin for over two years now. Chronic abdominal pain and digestive issues. Have had many tests done with no diagnosis or answers on what's causing the pain. His office seems to have a huge issue with communication. Phone calls are not returned and messages on my chart go unanswered. Recently saw the practioner and was told she would call to check on my status. It was supposed to be in two weeks I think. She called about a month later. Explained things in great detail to me. My quality of life was terrible, and I had seen two other doctors after my cancer and kept getting the "it will get better" lecture. Dr. Martin was blunt and gave me solutions to give me a life after cancer. Great bedside. Yes, it takes a long time to get in to see him. I think some communication in the office could use work, but that's not on him.

Does NOT return calls when patient’s relative calls repeatedly to schedule surgery as instructed. This office instructed family to call after course of antibiotics to schedule surgery right away. The office will NOT return calls.
