He listens and is able to think outside the box. He really takes his time to analyze the issue and isn't quick to dismiss symptoms.

The procedure was performed successfully, and Dr. Laino explained what he was doing every step of the way. He was gentle and steady. I’m very impressed and would not hesitate to recommend him.

Dr. Laino has been simply amazing since the beginning. I had a saw accident on a Sunday, Dr. Laino saw me that following Monday and operated on my fingers Wednesday of the same week. Dr. Laino and all of the staff at Ortho Virginia have been compassionate, engaging, and very thorough throughout the entire process so I knew what to expect next and how to navigate my recovery.
This was the first time I met Dr. Laino and he was wonderful. He took his time with me, presented the treatment options and put a shot in my finger with minimal pain. I couldn’t of been happier. If it doesn’t work we have a Plan B so I know what to expect which is nice.
