Just regular polite people with a regular polite store selling quality custom work at very reasonable prices. Everywhere else I went was a phony salesman desperately trying to upsell beyond my budget. They heard my budget here, and very happily worked within it to make a wonderful ring to ensure we were satisfied. 10/10 would recommend.
