I honestly don’t understand how this place has 5 stars. The service was unprofessional, the place smelled bad, and the prices were ridiculous. They wanted to charge me $25 just to replace a watch battery, and I had to wait 40 minutes because he decided to serve someone who arrived after me. I eventually took my watch elsewhere and paid only $10. I also felt that I was treated unfairly because of my race, which made the experience even more uncomfortable. Terrible service and overpriced. Absolutely stunning custom work. Beyond happy with the product, the service and the process. Will be returning.
The team sized my gold jewelry and were very fair, honest, quick and friendly through the process. The shop has a very interesting selection of vintage jewellery worth checking out. Highly recommend.
