They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places.

It seemed like they went out of their way to encourage me, and were very supportive of all my values and beliefs about parenting issues. I know I can always count on them. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. All the parents in my community respect them, and recommended that I bring my child there. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment.
