was not satisfied with the roofing service provided. The work seemed rushed and lacked attention to detail. After just a few weeks, small leaks began to appear, and the finishing around the edges looked uneven. Communication from the company was also poor — it was difficult to get updates or clear answers about the repair process. For the price I paid, I expected more professionalism and lasting quality.”

Daniel and Mack run an amazing company. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. They work quickly and efficiently, and strive to make sure you are happy. My husband and I were extremely impressed with them and how much they clearly care about their customers. We will always recommend them when we know someone who needs roofing done and they will be the only company we use as long as we live in Knoxville.

If I could give 0 stars I would ! I signed a contract with the company then was told the materials I picked out was not available I then went back and forth for weeks with Clint and eventually he said they would be able to refund my deposit he said it would be the full amount a week or so later no refund then when I asked again he said oh sorry the boss forgot I'll check and see when he is sending it then nothing he would not answer the phone or text I then call from another number and what do you know he answers and says he... read more
