Wonderful experience got me in and fight out Dr Hess is great
Dr. Hess was very good to me. I had a hand contracture which was becoming very painful. He did a procedure for me which has repaired that and I feel like I have full use of my hand again with ease. Very pleased with his bedside manor. Extremely polite, but tell you like it may be for the future too, which I appreciate. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
Dr. Hess is patient, kind and compassionate. He listens and asks questions. He truly is an amazing surgeon. I had a pretty bad hand injury requiring 2 surgeries, one being a skin graft. What he was able to do for me is nothing short of a miracle. His entire staff is wonderful.
I appreciated Dr. Hess for the manner in which he explained to me what my injury was and what my options were for treatment. He lay out both surgical and non-surgical treaten options with detail regarding pros/cons of each. He took time to make sure questions were answered.
