My grandson had to have surgery and it turned out to be more extensive than first thought. The Anesthesiologist was great in keeping me informed when this happened. Dr. Herz took the time to explain all that had to be done and his expected recovery time. I highly recommend this Dr. if you have any Urology needs. If I need his services again in the future - I will definitely use him.

I love the doctors and clinical staff here, but their insurance and billing department has been an absolute nightmare! They will tell you your account is paid in full and you'll end up with some ridiculous bill months later. Watch out for their "pregnancy/birthing" payment plan agreements. I was told that with my insurance, I could set up a payment plan that would cover all of my prenatal care visits and birth for about $75 a month. Don't waste your time trying to see these doctors, I tried to make an appointment for a week and had a referral and they lied to me everyday saying they would call me back. They need new people working in the office. Very unprofessional people working for them!!!!!!!

Because of my wheelchair, I am no longer welcome. He made fun of my disability and even said that my life sucks because I use a wheelchair. He also left me ten minutes after surgery and when the hospital called him to say I was bleeding to death he refused to come back. He even had a midwife release me the next day without even an exam. When I did finally see him (when I was admitted back to the hospital for blood loss) he said cripples are overly dramatic and he didn't know that I was actually in danger. Beware of making an appointment with Dr. David Bruce if you're looking for a second opinion. My wife sat in the waiting room for 1-1/2 hours only to be turned away because she was told, "DR. Bruce doesn't do exams for second opinions." He wasn't man enough to tell my wife face-to-face. One of his nurses had to do it for him. I can truly say, it's a good thing I wasn't there.

Dr. Nash is very Professional! Knows what he is talking about! Is not the 1st Dr. I have seen for this Issue by far! And he cared about me getting the best care available. He wanted me to try alternaative methods and do surgery as a last Resort! That tells me that he is not in it for the $! Wonderful Bedside Manner! I will Def see him in the Future!

Wife's 20 minute procedure turned into a 4 hour wait. No communication; I had to do the inquiring as to why. Pathetic place.

Dr. Bruce is one of the most caring doctors I have met in a while. I came with my son from Canada looking for answers to a leg discrepancy and deformation problem. I went to shriners and even though they were caring we were getting no where. Then CCS sent me to one of Dr. Bruce's clinics. I explained to him the problem and roadblocks we were getting and that I have gone to about 6 hospitals looking for an answer.
