The staff is always professional and extremely helpful. I tend to not like to floss my teeth, and they are polite about reminding me that I need to and why without me feeling as though I am being lectured.

They explained everything and were both professional and pleasant throughout the process, from Front Desk to examination and payment/scheduling process at the end. Dr. Herman was very personable and took time to make sure that I was comfortable and understood all of my options for taking care of my immediate tooth issue and future care.
