Dr. Hennessy was good. Unprofessional Staff. There is no follow-up when I needed an insurance approval. All around very difficult to work with the staff they are not knowledgeable about process and they take much longer to do something than necessary. As a doctor you are only as good as the staff that your patients need to work with and if they make it difficult it's always unpleasant.
I went in for a nail issue. I saw Dr Hennessy he said I will take nail sample and send it out for a pathologist exam all of a 5 minute visit . I was told to come back in April to go over report. I get to my April follow up visit and they have no report. I was told by Dr. Hennessy I could wait or he will call me at the end of the day. Well no call back it is now July and no call. I did get a bill from the lab and had to call then with my insurance info. the office did not supply that. A office manage did call she sounded like... read more
Have been seeing him for several months and he is patiently listens, gives the right advice as well as have been helping navigate me through my injury.
Dr. Hennessy is personable enough, but after several visits, all that was accomplished was Dr. Hennessy getting paid. I ended up feeling exploited and hurt because Dr. Hennessy kept talking and laughing while billing like crazy over things he must have known would not address the pain. He kept me going back often until I realized that my visits were just a means to an end. Not only did he help me with awful foot pain, his office worked to get my orthotics covered by insurance when a previous dr told me I’d have to pay out of pocket
Dr. Hennessy has been wonderful in treating past sports injuries. He’s accommodating and his staff is incredibly helpful.
Dr. Hennessy & staff are fantastic!! They are very caring & so nice! I have many health issues, especially with feet. Best podiatrist I ever been to. Highly recommend him!!
Dr. Hennessy was highly referred to me by a co-worker. I was desperate to find a podiatrist who could get me back on my feet again. After seeing three different podiatrists, I came to see Dr. Hennessy and am more than happy with the results I am seeing under his care. His bedside manner and evaluation/treatment skills surpass those that I've seen elsewhere. Thank you, Dr. Hennessy!
