So glad my physical therapists recommended Dr Heaston. I had tried to see another surgeon but the wait was too long and the pain was intolerable. Did try the injections but they did not last long Dr Heaston was compassionate & informative. First he recommended therapy to strengthen my shoulder and next was a reverse shoulder replacement. His PA, Troy Wolf is a great team member. I am 3 months out and I know my other shoulder is a future replacement. Liking Select Physical Therapy for my complete treatment package.

Refused to listen, rude, and uninterested. Had his mind made up on treatment before he walked into the room. I wish you could give less than a star. Put effort into finding a different doctor, it's 100% worth it. Unless you want him to mansplain shoulder anatomy to you for 15 minutes with 50% accuracy, then go right ahead.

I gave him a two because he might some knowledge. He deserves a zero for complete and total lack of empathy and his ability to talk to a patient and LISTEN. It was very much a get you in and get you out visit. I wouldn't trust him with anything important because discussing something is not in his interest. Wait and see a different doctor somewhere else. This was a total money grab and run.
