Every one from calling and setting up surgery to appointments and X rays every one is helpfull and friendly dr is amazing along with staff. A shoulder replacements is a serious decision but you get great care before and after. I cannot say enough great about everyone on his staff. If your contemplating a shoulder replacement feel secure with everyone involved they will do there very best.
