In considerable pain. Day before appointment, spent 30 minutes with Cortez outlining for the physician health information. Upon arrival, seems this was for Sentara instead of MedStar. The entire history and physical information was supplied again. x-ray staff was outstanding, MD was okay, too. The lobby chairs are far too low for a patient in pain and even for most adults and one front desk person was professional. Mine was annoyed. Amazed at this level of care from MedStar.
