First time he removed half the Toenail on my wife it grew back. Next time our appointment was for 1:30 he finally got to work on her after 4:15 and the deadening medicine had started to wear off so he had to inject it again. On the two week follow up we were the first appointment after lunch scheduled for 1:00 we were there before 12:30 and was called back at 1:00 after over 30 minutes I asked how long it would be because we had other things scheduled that day.
