Dr. Daniel Mallory's impressive facade projects an air of professionalism; however, his interactions with patients and staff are far from satisfactory. Patients frequently face agonizingly long wait times, spanning 1 to 3 hours. Additionally, there have been disturbing accounts of disrespectful treatment toward the employees. As someone who previously sought treatment at his office, I encountered these problems firsthand, leading me to choose not to visit or be treated by him again. I am very glad to have received high-quali... read more
Between the long waits, high prices even with full coverage and intolerable office staff, oh and a mask policy when the county does not require it. NO THANK YOU. Also Dr. Mallory may have experience but the only thing you’ll leave with is a an uncomfortable disposition.
Dr, Mallory's office did a great job adjusting my glasses. Very professional.
Horrible Clinic, stay clear. Optiicians will up sell when not needed. I received damaged glasses, returned them and they lost them.. Very unprofessional.. bad bad bad.. stay clear. Horrible
Dr. Mallory is an exceptionally competent professional, with a soft-spoken, easygoing manner which puts his patients completely at ease during an examination. His staff is both capable and personable, and they are consistently responsive to client needs. I don't recall ever having a complaint, but if I did, I've no doubt they would do their best to resolve the issue to my satisfaction. Always had a pleasant experience at their office for the many years I have been using their services.
I"be been waiting nearly six weeks for the glasses I bought from doctor mallory. The people in the front don"t seem to care at all about this and blow me off whenever I call in to see if they are finally ready. They said 2 to 3 weeks and Monday will be six weeks! They give excuses like "we were closed for two weeks for the holidays" and "you should expect a delay because you ordered in december". Sorry but there are no disclaimers about any delay. They knew I ordered in december and still promised 2 to 3 weeks. Really unhapp... read more
They never see you on time. Expect for a long visit. Usually takes an hour to be seen.
Great professional and friendly service all my concerns were addressed. Basic lenses available with in two days and lots of budget options for frames and lenses. I've bought lenses online from cheater retailers before buti found out those cheaper sources are not FDA approved, for me my vision is too important to risk. Also some budget options at Dr Mallory's were just as cheap.
