Daniel H Cook Associates Inc acts like a scam in which the cash in as much as they can and pay as little as they can get away with. I am paying $18,000 per year for me and my wife both of which are very healthy in our mid-fifties. But each time we need some health consultation or procedure we can count that the answer is no. I wrote about my experience when my son was extremely sick last week. As luck would have it, I have now caught his illness. It has not gotten any easier w/ this insurance, that I cancelled, we are thankfully starting w/ a new company on April 1. My newest experience is that my doctor added three more pills to my prescription, my husband went to the pharmacy to pick it up for me, b/c I was too sick to go.
