This company has to have THE WORST customer service my husband & I have ever experienced. And that's when and IF you can get someone on the phone. When you do, they can never tell you anything anyway. One time, a rep said she needed my name, date of birth AND social security info to get into the system and then proceeded to hang up on me. The worst , never can get.a answer to a phone call. Unable to find out why my claim was.denied . .Starting to feel like this is a scam company., who takes your money then hides while they deny claims. When people hide from their customers questions and never answer phones you got.to wonder what are they scared of .and why they hiding .Would not recommend you get involved with this.company. There is.no accountability.
I called 5 different times. Spoke to Christian three of those times and he was very evasive. Told me he would get back with me and never did. I was finally able to get a hold of him. He explained to me that All of my annuity fund was taken for their administrative costs. 😟😡 They left a ZERO balance in my account, evenn though Social Security wrote me that it was still there in my account with them.
Absolute worst in customer service. Took my money, did not properly add dependents to my plan. No one picks up the phone, waited hours.
I can newer get a rep on the phone re claim concerns. I get HUNG up on after waiting and waiting .

Horrible After taking my first payment, I was not in their system and customer service was obtuse, lame and could not help me when I had THEIR INSURANCE CARD IN FRONT OF ME 🤦♀️
I can not get in touch with any representatives. All the option for precertification end up hanging up on me. My doctor can not get in touch with anybody and I pay more than a thousand dollars a month for this insurance. They have a HORRIBLE customer service!
