I had several appointments with Dr. Gerstenblith for a small cyst on my right big toe. During the first visit, I was told it would be a simple procedure to remove it. However, instead of creating a clear treatment plan, every visit resulted in being sent for another test (X-ray, MRI, ultrasound), none of which were communicated to me ahead of time.
