Dr. Gelrud made me feel like I was not the type of patient he wanted to take care of. He did not history on me, and had his mind made up about me before he even got into the exam room. I will not be going back to him.
Arrived at his office and was amazed at how efficient his entire staff was. I then met Dr Gelrud and once again I was impressed. He took the time to explain the entire procedure and even drew pictures of what was going to transpire. He stopped in to see me after the procedure and then had the courtesy to personally call me 2 days later to make sure I was feeling OK. He and his office would a perfect 10.
He is very thorough when explaining processes. He has a calm demeanor which we found both soothing and professional.
