Note I did technically visit Daniel Franc and Elliott at the Santa Monica Location, however a very kind receptionist from the Agora Hills studio helped me this morning by phone fix a technical error on my referral, order by phone, very kind of her! Great experience here! They really seem like they want to figure out what’s wrong and help you. So many doctors I’ve seen just get you in and out. Here I truly feel like they WANT to figure out your issue and help. Absolutely recommend.
It’s taken awhile to write this, and I will keep my father’s name out of it for privacy.. but wanted to share this story as I hope it helps someone else. Dr. Franc misdiagnosed my dad’s Parkinson’s a few years ago, and actually did do tests- but despite all of the physical and cognitive signs, just because the brain scan came back ok- he sent him on his way with a good report of health despite shuffled gait, hand tremors, and incredibly slow movement. Dr. Franc is an incredible physician, with a wealth of well-rounded knowledge overlapping several areas of healthcare…particularly psychologically and psychiatrically. The staff, Tina and Elizabeth in particular, are wonderfully helpful and exceptionally kind. Tina and Elizabeth, and the general staff, are very efficient and understanding in order to provide optimal care.
