This man literally told my husband that he and my daughter need to leave me. That my diagnosed depression and anxiety that I’ve had since I can remember are going to lead to my daughter having to take care of me. Daniel E. Shoultz, PHD still TODAY sending bills to my MOM's house... tried repeatedly to get this corrected. NEVER did. The utter failure to protect my privacy was still the secondary complaint--Dan has a "pill guy" who he referred me to (works in his office as well) for $250 I paid they RE-prescribed me the anti-depressant I was ALREADY ON, from my GP.
