This office is the most unprofessional setting I have ever seen. I had a first patient appointment to see Dr Fabito and waited 2 hrs only to be seen by the PA. Dr Fabito was in the office and had the time to visit in the lobby with other patients while I waited. I was charged a first patient visit $1213.00. I spoke to the office manager and she had no thoughts other than I was charged because someone saw me. Avoid this office as there are many other pain specialists in town that will actually see you!
I've gone to Dr. Fabito more than once for diagnostic nerve blocks. I find him very personal and willing to explain the procedure he's about to perform. After the procedure, I wait around to let the anesthetic block kick in. Again, Dr. Fabito's easy going personality makes the patient feel relaxed to give the essential initial physical feedback. Dr Fabito was able to do a diagnostic nerve block for my son so that my son could schedule a second surgery. My son said this block hurt much less than the previous 2 he had done at a different clinic out of state. Dr Fabito made special arrangements with his personal schedule in order to help my son. He was quickly in touch with my son's surgeon so we could move forward with scheduling surgery. He noted a few interesting anatomical issues in my son's case and passed them on to the surgeon. The front office is very nice! The back office and staff is terrible they want return calls, not to me or my pharmacist. A had an appointment for a pain shot my insurance denied the request. No one from the office bothered to inform me of the denial, I had to notify them by repeatedly going to the office( because they want answer calls or return calls.
