Customer Service needs attention, the doctor is great and we really like Dr. Tran and his bed side manner. That is what patients deserve, however Holly that works with him is quite rude, just got mouthy with me on the phone on a insurance issue that we did not understand and basically did not like it when I asked her to contact insurance. Sighing and talking down to people get you no where, customer service is a hard industry and we understand that but we will not put up with rude staffing!
Saw Dr. Tran for pain in upper hip and lower back. He diagnosed it as inflammation in the SI joint. (The joint that joins the pelvis to the lower spine.) After one injection, the pain has been cut by 95%! His staff is great, and he listens and cares. In addition, waiting time in his office is minimal. Don't find professionals like this much any more!
Thanks to the Staff on getting me ready for my procedure I had. Ann, Cherell, Ronnie, Heather, Beth, Dawn, Denise, I know I missed someone but you guys made me feel very comfortable. Dr Tran it was painless THANKS
I had a visit with Dr. Tran today. He was very nice, listened to me, and was quick. I was in pain and I am glad of that. He did address my concerns and I felt that if I needed more time he would have given it to me. His front office staff are very nice and so was the nurse who saw me to the exam room and took my vitals. I am glad that my family MD referred me to him.
It was very disappointing.
