As peculiar as it seems, planning for my final act has been most enjoyable.😊 My "Love guide" Ms Dionna Brown was A-ma-zing! Her extensive knowledge of this business was comforting and calming. No thing was too great or simple. In fact, I found myself laughing most of the time which probably surprised her. Id rate them a ZERO if possible. Had a funeral for my daughter andgranddaughter in February. They were placed in a family vault that was purchased 15 yrs ago. There was a "discrepancy" in locations of their designated vault, very convenient for them. We were promised plaquards to be placed on our vaults. Eight weeks have passed since the funeral. 15 yrs since the purchase, still no plaques.
