The coordinators and staff at Cook-Walden/Forest Oaks are incredibly professional, showing exceptional kindness, compassion, and empathy during a difficult time. They were perfectly organized from start to finish. The honorary presentation of the flag to me as the widow was deeply moving, as was the beautiful, sentimental transition from the bagpiper to the music.
