Very rude office staff. Incredibly hard to get an appointment. I was told 3pm was the latest time available. I had to make the appointment months in advance. After a few weeks, I called back to say it was too early, could I get a later appointment and was told there were no openings until January. That was in October. So, I kept the appointment and asked to leave work early. The traffic was a nightmare. 5 minutes after I was supposed to be there, I got a call telling me that if I wasn't there in 5 minutes my appointment woul... read more
