Dr.Casey is a fine doctor. His office staff is totally incompetent. I had a visit for my. Cousin who is 92 yrs old. I brought all my medical poa and durable poa forms along with VA administration forms. It has now been 10 days and they claim they don't have any of it. I called for a prescription for pain for her at the time of this writing they have not completed the call in to pharmacy. Its been more then 24 hrs I am totally disgusting with this office.
As previously mentioned, this system at this particular location was designed to help with the efficiency and reliability.
Highly recommend Dr. Casey!
